hello everyonetoday i'm doing another test review video today i'll be doing a very requested foundationwhich is the ysl touche eclat foundation. i bought this over a year and a half ago,i rarely use it so this time i'll have more of a fresh impression of it.so first of all, lets talk about the packaging. the foundation comes in an acrylic packagingwith a gold lid. ysl does really nice packaging

Diorskin Nude Skin Glowing, for most of their products.it also has a pump which is nice. it's a little heavy, but it's alright.so i'm just going to pump a little bit on my hand.it's sliding, sliding, sliding down, although not very quickly. so it's still got some weightto it, but it does look like it's a very light

consistency.today i'll be using my rt expert face brush. this shade is a little too pale for me fromwhat i remember. i'll put the shade name and price in the descriptionbox so remember to check there. it's really light now that i'm applying it on my face.it's lighter than nars sheer glow in my opinion and it has very light coverage.it looks like cc cream. and you can see that it's very shiny and waterynot sure if you can see, but it's really glossy. so i'm going to apply a bit more.you can see that it's really pale, compared to my natural skin tone. i think i was palerwhen i bought it. look at how extreme it is, i'm not sure ifthe coverage looks better now that it's so

pale on me.you can build up the coverage for sure. it's very easily blendable, and just really lightin consistency. i quite like the coverage i don't think it'stoo bad. my skin on this side looks better than theother, so the coverage is adequate for good skin days.it's super glossy though! my friend jenn (pumpkin jenn) has oily skinand really likes this foundation, so maybe those with oily skin might like it too.we'll see how it lasts throughout the day. here's the before and after.this is way too pale. i think the reason why i barely use this is because it's too pale.i think it's quite good for covering redness

though.this area under my mouth is quite red, but it's all covered up now.so i'm gonna try cover up this red spot over here.it's just starting to heal so it's a 3-d spot, and it's still evident. but it's now pink,and not as red as it was before. i wouldn't expect it to have a super high coverage level,it's so-so. it would be better to conceal these 3d spotswith a concealer. so now that i'm done, i think it just lookssuper glossy. it's a nice glossy finish but when i look at it i think it's just oily (couldbe because of the artificial lighting). coverage is okay, good for good skin days.but if you have acne prone skin, it's coverage

may not be sufficient and may even highlightacne scarring. so i would use a concealer for these areasinstead. i'll come back when i'm done with the restof my makeup. so i'm going to set my power now that i'mdone with my whole face of makeup. if you noticed my eyes look different it's becausei'm testing two different eyeliners. i'm going to use my soap & glory one heck of a blot because i'vereally been loving it recently. a lot of youtubers have been talking about this i remember suzialso really likes this so i just really like it. i think it's better than chanel, dior...and it's price is just amazing.

anyway, i'm using my rmk powder brush becauseit's so soft. before i set my foundation, i wanted to mentionthat now that it's set it doesn't look as glossy as it was before. it's also reallylight, the texture isn't bad either. i actually really like it, shame that it's too pale.so i'm going to set my right face. the finish looks a lot nicer after the powder,but it's immediately mattified. there is no glossiness at all. it looks really matte,slightly velvety. whereas this side looks a lot more dewy. it's quite versatile, dependingon what finish you're looking for. of course, it will last longer with a powderon top. but if you're looking for a dewy finish for the summer, without powder it looks reallynice.

so that's it for now. it's coverage isn'tsuper great, i didn't put concealer on there because i wanted to see it's lasting power.so in general i think it's ok so far. so it is now 12:51pm i'll be back later foran update! hello everyone! it is currently 2:49pm soit's been 2 hours. it's still lasting quite well, however thisspot has reappeared already. it might have been removed when i was putting on blush.but coverage so far is still ok. i don't feel it being too oily at the moment. but the finishstill looks really nice. i'm starting to really like this foundation. if it's not so palei would probably use this daily. it doesn't feel heavy at all, quite similar to nars sheerglow. so that's it for the update for now,

see you later!hi everyone i just got home it is now 7:07pm so it's been... how many hours?7 hours (6 hours), i'm so tired. so when i was working the entire time just now i didn'tfeel the foundation being too heavy or sticky. this is one good aspect of it the fact thatit's quite light. i didn't feel it being oily but my forehead is super shiny. and it's veryslippery on the nose bridge area. but it doesn't feel oily. it's come off quite a bit on bothsides, this has become red again. didn't even notice my horrible eyeliner smudging.so it's come off a lot. so overall, first of all it looks quite natural, and it's notsuper mega oily, only on my t-zone. but it doesn't feel too oily. it also doesn't havethat cakiness that nars sheer glow gives me.

although its lasting power is just so-so butif i get to buy a better color match i think it would be one of my go-to foundations. becauseit's light, coverage was okay in the beginning, but lasting power is just average. but i don'tthink it's super oily. it feels really good on the skin.so that's it for the update, i'll come back with a final update!so i accidentally deleted the last footage, i'm so sorry!so just to clarify, at the end of the day, after 10 hours pretty much all the foundationhas gone. i quite like its consistency, i hope you guys enjoyed this review. hope ithelped you out. leave any questions you have in the comments below and we'll chat there!byebye!
